Personal property evictions and setouts

Evictions can be difficult to coordinate and even more difficult to enact, successfully. We stay in touch with our clients and furnish a sufficient crew (up to 30 members) to get it done safely and in a timely fashion. Personal property is left outside the residence or business for at least 24 hours, according to local guidelines.

Trash removal

After the eviction, we can provide dumpsters and a crew to remove any remaining trash and debris on the property plus any remaining personal property items that have been left behind.

Sales clean

Once the property is free of personal property and trash, we can provide a sales clean to get the property ready for renovations or to be put back on the market for lease or sale.
