Personal property evictions and setouts

Evictions can be difficult to coordinate and even more difficult to enact, successfully. We stay in touch with our clients and furnish a sufficient crew (up to 30 members) to get it done safely and in a timely fashion. Personal property is left outside the residence or business for at least 24 hours, according to local guidelines.

Interior/Exterior trashouts and debris removal

After the eviction and setout, with our separate trashout service, we can remove any personal property that has been left at the residence. Frequently, the home will have a significant residual amount of trash on the interior and exterior. We’ll come back to the property (with large dumpsters, if necessary) and remove the remaining debris and leave the property in broom swept condition.

Sales cleaning and yard servicing

After the trash has been removed, our team can perform a separate sales clean service to get the home in marketable condition. Additionally, we can perform an initial yard servicing that consists of mowing, hedging, weed eating, edging and blowing. Need more of a sprucing up? We can do a full landscape rejuvenation that includes weed-removal plus new pinestraw or mulch installation.
